What counts as a conversation?
One visitor, one chat, however many questions they ask in it. The allowance resets on the first of the month. If you reach it, the assistant pauses until the month turns or you move up a plan; nothing is charged per conversation.
What is a site re-read?
Each time the assistant reads your website again, or you add a document such as a PDF or Word file, that is one. A re-read covers up to 200 pages of your site on Starter, 1,000 on Intermediate and 5,000 on Professional, and a PDF is read up to 50, 200 or 500 pages. During the free trial it is up to 100 pages a site and 50 a document. Enterprise has no page limits.
What does Professional add?
The chat stops at answering on Starter and Intermediate. On Professional it gets things done: any transaction, such as a change of address, a bill payment, a repair or a booking, built by describing it. It also sends messages before the question, draws every journey so you can see where money is lost, and puts your suppliers on your process. The difference from Enterprise is scale and service, not features.
When do I need Enterprise?
When you will pass the Professional caps, or need what only a managed relationship provides: volume pricing, single sign-on for your agents, more languages, content written for you, a dedicated region, or support commitments. Enterprise is sold by KhanyaTech and invoiced monthly.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes. Change plan from Settings at any time; it takes effect straight away and the difference for the rest of the period is charged or credited. Cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period.
Which taxes apply?
Prices exclude local taxes. The tax for your location is worked out from your address and added at checkout. Business customers can enter a tax id.
