What your customer care costs today, and what it could.
Put in what you know and leave out what you don’t, then tick what Syntalyze would take on. Everything is worked out in your browser: nothing you type is stored or sent unless you choose to send it to us.
Step one
Your licence costs, and what Syntalyze takes on.
Put what you pay for each product a year in its box: the cost, not the number of licences. Then tick the boxes you would hand to Syntalyze: a ticked box’s licence goes, and Syntalyze’s own fee comes back in as a cost of its own. Leave a box unticked to keep that product; Syntalyze connects to it instead. IVR is the one box we do not cover.

Step two
Your operation today.
Monthly figures, stage by stage: each stage takes what the one before it did not resolve. Use blended averages across your types of contact: different calls cost different amounts, and this is a rough, indicative calculation, so the order of magnitude is what matters.
Customers
Every interaction that reaches you, by phone, chat, email or message.
Call centre, first line
The rest reach an agent.
Work it out from handling time
Call centre, second line
Escalations from the first line. Leave blank if you have no second line.
Field
What the call centre cannot resolve: an engineer or technician visit, your own or a contractor’s.
Step three
Today and with Syntalyze.
Put in a licence or your contact figures, and tick at least one box, and the estimate appears here.
Stage by stage
Figures with Syntalyze come in two columns: our cautious case and our optimistic one. The cautious case is deliberately low: it assumes very few of your systems can be reached through an API, so many journeys cannot be finished digitally and customers with more involved needs still end up in your call centre. Where you already do better than the cautious case at a stage, we keep your own figure.

With Syntalyze, other products’ licences are the ones you keep: the boxes you left unticked, IVR included. Syntalyze’s own price is its fee, on the line below them.
Excludes migration work and any overlap while contracts run out. We apply our planning assumptions to your figures and show a range: how far it goes depends on how many of your journeys can be automated, which turns on what your systems’ APIs allow, and on your mix of journeys. Ask us and we will take you through it for your stack.
