Syntalyze

For technology and finance leaders

One platform across the customer care stack.

A single customer request can cross a chatbot, a workflow tool, a knowledge base, a CRM and a field system, each with its own licence and its own copy of the customer. Syntalyze runs that request end to end on one record, or drops into the gaps in the stack you already have.

The stack

Where the cost and the friction build up.

Customer care is usually bought one category at a time, so the cost is more than the licences: every join between systems has to be built, maintained and reconciled. This map follows a request from left to right. IVR is the one category we do not cover.

Route one · Consolidate

Fewer licences, fewer integrations, fewer contracts to manage.

For a CFO, the case is the overlap: several products, each charging for a part of the same customer request. A right-sized platform covers the work your customer care actually does, not every module each vendor sells. The saving comes from the licences you retire, the integrations you no longer maintain and the contracts you no longer manage.

Set against that are our price, the migration work and the overlap while contracts run out. We do not quote a percentage, because it depends on what you hold and when each contract ends.

Route two · Work alongside

Keep the platforms you have committed to.

Syntalyze does not have to be your system of record. It reads what it needs from each system during the conversation, drives the workflow to a result and writes the outcome back where your business already keeps it.

  • Workflows call your systems by API as they run
  • A partner API for your own app, IVR or assistant
  • On Enterprise, the agent desktop sits inside the one your agents already use, signed in from it
  • Security, hosting and data processing terms in the buyer’s pack

One plan, two places to stop

Nobody has to rip anything out on day one.

  1. Start in a gap. Pick the category causing the most friction, or the one with no product in it yet.
  2. Connect what is there. Read from and write to the systems you keep, so nothing runs twice.
  3. Stop here if it suits you. If your architecture is settled, this is the finished state: the joins are handled and your platforms stay.
  4. Retire at renewal. If you are consolidating, move a category as its contract comes up, and let the licence go once the work has moved.

Category by category

What we do, and what stays.

Most of this is on Professional at a capped scale. Enterprise removes the caps and adds forecasting, staffing and desktop integration. Compare plans.

CategoryWhat Syntalyze doesProducts typically found hereWhat stays
Chatbot and search RAG-ML answers grounded in your content, in web chat, WhatsApp and your own app, with the request carried through to a result. IBM Watson, Amazon Lex, Rasa, Tidio, Landbot, Freshchat Nothing obvious, once the journeys have moved.
IVR and telephony Not covered. Your phone platform can call the partner API for answers and workflows, and call transcripts can be imported into the same analytics. Genesys, NICE, Five9, Talkdesk, Twilio, RingCentral, Dialpad Your IVR and telephony.
Workflow automation A codeless workflow engine that digitises manual processes and automates any process with API hooks, customer-facing or back-office. Each process can start from any channel you allow: chat for self-service, the agent portal or the field force portal. Workato, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make, Kissflow Bulk data sync between systems, if an integration platform runs it today.
Knowledge base Articles, guides, troubleshooters and interactive walkthroughs, used by the chat, your agents and your engineers alike. Separate silos give any internal team its own assistant over its own documents, such as HR policies for staff questions. Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Intercom, Help Scout, Helpjuice, Confluence Team workspaces where people draft documents together.
Agent desktop, QA and workforce management One view of the customer, live chat handed over from the assistant, every conversation scored for quality, and forecasting and staffing on Enterprise. NICE, Verint, Calabrio Voice recording and anything tied to your telephony.
CRM Holds the service record if you want it to: the customer, their history and open cases, with an audit trail. Or reads and writes your CRM by API and leaves it as the master. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, SugarCRM, Pipedrive Sales pipeline, forecasting and the wider CRM estate.
Field force management Jobs allocated by skill, locality and diary, with each technician’s route planned. Contractors and engineers work your steps on a portal, each status lands in the customer record, and suppliers are held to one scorecard. Salesforce Field Service, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics Parts and stock management.
CMS An authoring CMS for support content, checked against your tone of voice, with articles drafted for an editor to approve. Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, WordPress, Contentful, HubSpot CMS Your website, its digital assets and its personalisation.
Bureau services Ready-made interactive walkthroughs and troubleshooting for consumer electronics, as monthly content packs on any plan. Specialist device-support content suppliers Content for products outside the packs, which you can write yourself.
Enterprise feedback management Surveys in the chat, or by email from a case or a campaign, with low scorers listed and one click to a follow-up. SMS can be added on request. Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Sprinklr Wider market research programmes, such as research panels.
VoC analytics An intent taxonomy built from your own conversations and from transcripts imported from any channel, with satisfaction, handling time, cost and mood shift for every intent. Qualtrics, Medallia, InMoment, Forsta, SurveySparrow, SentiSum, Enterpret Live monitoring of public social media. Exported transcripts can be analysed here, but we do not listen for them.
Management information Operational MI as standard: wallboards, journey maps, team performance and statutory deadlines, read from the same record as the work. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI Company-wide business intelligence.

Product names belong to their owners. They are listed to identify each category, not to say that Syntalyze matches every feature of those products.

Under the bonnet

What your engineers will ask about.

RAG-ML answers

Answers are grounded in your content, with intent classified before retrieval and follow-up questions reformulated in context.

Semantic retrieval

Vector search in PostgreSQL and pgvector, with no separate search tier to run.

Canonical entities

Customers, products, policies and assets modelled once, so every channel reads the same record.

Headless by design

A partner API puts retrieval and workflow behind endpoints, for your own app, IVR or assistant.

Codeless workflows

Built visually or from a description, with API calls into your own systems at each step.

Isolation and control

Each client’s data is isolated, sensitive records are encrypted, and API keys are issued per partner and can be revoked.
